Registration will be re-open at pre-race packet pick-up at Gift of Life Family House (401 Callowhill Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123) on Friday, April 13 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, April 14 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and on the day of the Donor Dash at the registration tent starting at 6 a.m.

Do you have donations to turn in for the Donor Dash? Complete this form and mail it to Gift of Life. When we receive your donations, we will process them and credit the donation to your personal or team fundraising page. Please allow 2-3 weeks for mailed donations to show on your fundraising page.

Running the 5K or 10K?
Tips for Long-Distance Running:
1. Clear your mind and prepare mentally.
2. Hydrate and fill your body with energy boosting nutrients.
3. Find a pace you're comfortable running throughout the majority of your long-distance run.
4. Split your run into mini sections and create goals. Try to go faster for a longer duration, or push yourself to do another lap around your block.
5. Make sure to help your body recover post-run. Gradually lowering your heart rate, stretching and eating a well-balanced meal can help your body recover after your long run.

What if the weather is bad?
Dash is a rain or shine event.
Where can I park?
There is no official parking lot for the Dash. We encourage people to arrive early, follow all traffic/parking signs and laws (varies block by block).
Where can I store my belongings?
We have no place to store personal belongings. Please plan accordingly.
Can I register the day of the event? How much does it cost?
On-site registration begins at 6:00 am. Cost is $35.
Can I run with a stroller?
No, but you can bring it on the 3k walk.
Can I bring my dog to the Dash?
No. We ask that participants leave all pets at home on the day of the event, unless it is a service pet.
I am registered as an individual, can I still join a team?
Yes! Please contact us at Dash@donors1.org and we can assist you in updating your individual or team status.
How does my child participate in the Kids Fun Run?
Please report to the base of the Art Museum steps by 7:35am. We will have volunteers to direct you where to sign the participant waiver, and then line up to participate in the race. All participants will receive a medal.
The 23rd Annual Donor Dash will be timed by Lin-Mark Sports, Inc. of Mantua, NJ utilizing the Chronotrack Timing System. The disposable Chronotrack B-tag will be attached to your race bib # and will remain there for the entire event. Overall winners are based on gun time. All other awards are based on chip time. Chip time is recorded by an electronic chip that is attached to a runner’s bib. Your chip records the time at which you cross the start line, the finish line and several split times in between. Chip time is often shorter than gun time because chip time begins when a runner crosses the start line while gun time starts when the gun is fired; many runners don’t cross the start line until several minutes after their official gun time.
