Team Philadelphia is a group of transplant recipients, living donors, donor families, and supporters from the eastern half of Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware who attend the Donate Life Transplant Games of America every other summer. The Transplant Games is an Olympic-style competition for recipients and living donors of all ages to promote the success of transplantation, to raise awareness for the urgent need of organ and tissue donation and to honor donors and their families who have so generously given the gift of life.

Competitive events are open to organ, tissue and corneal transplant recipients, living donors and bone marrow recipients.

Donor families are invited to attend special events including Transplant Workshops, the Donor Tribute Ceremony, a butterfly release and much more.

The Transplant Games are much more than an athletic event. They are a celebration for all those whose lives were touched by organ and tissue donation. The Transplant Games will bring together more than 9,000 participants from around the United States with one common goal: to raise awareness of organ and tissue donation and to increase the number of registered organ, tissue and eye donors.
